श्रीकृष्ण ध्वज बस्नेत प्रदेश कोषिका र संविधान कोषिकासँग आबद्ध अनुसन्धान विश्लेषक हुन्। उनी केन्द्रका नीति–आधारित उत्पादन विकास र कार्यक्रम कार्यान्वयनमा सक्रिय योगदान पुर्‍याउँछन्।

उनको अनुसन्धान क्षेत्र प्रदेशीय शासन, संवैधानिक अधिकार तथा तुलनात्मक संघीयता हुन्। साथै, उनी केन्द्रको नेपाली भाषा समितिको नेतृत्व गर्दै स्थानीय तहसम्म नीति संवाद र साझेदारी प्रवर्द्धन गर्छन्।

Shree is the research analyst working with both the Province Cell and Constitution Cell and contributes towards the development of its products and execution of its programs. He conducts research on provincial affairs, constitutional authority and comparative federalism. He also leads the efforts of the Nepali Language Committee of the centre fostering grassroots communication and policy partnerships.
