जय विनायक पोखरा रिसर्च सेन्टरको कार्यकारी निर्देशकको रूपमा कार्यरत छन्। सामान्य प्रशासनको प्रबन्ध निर्देशक र  कम्पनीप्रणाली विकास विभागको व्यवस्थापन निर्देशकको भूमिकामा उनले पोखरा रिसर्च सेन्टरका स्रोतसाधनलाई मिशन–आधारित उद्देश्यहरू पूरा गर्न बहुवर्षीय सञ्चालन योजनाअनुसार परिचालन गर्छन्। उनी अनुसन्धान विभागको नेतृत्व पनि गर्छन्, जसअन्तर्गत सेन्टरका अनुसन्धान एजेन्डा कार्यान्वयन, नीति–आधारित प्रकाशन तथा संस्थागत डेटा भण्डारको विकास र व्यवस्थापन समेटिन्छ।

Jai is the Director of Research and Strategy at PRC. As Managing Director of General Administration and Strategic Development, he marshals PRC’s resources to implement its multi-year operational plan towards the fulfilment of the objectives of its mission-based cells. He also heads the Research Division implementing the centre’s research agenda, publications and maintaining its data repository.
